Job Summary: We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Sales Consultant (Counsellor) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with prospective students/customers, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate course/service information, and converting enquiries into successful admissions/sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries and follow up with prospective students/customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses/services.
• Counsel prospects and explain course details, benefits, fees, and admission process.
• Convert leads into admissions/sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales/admission targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and convincing personality.
• Strong follow-up and sales skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
• Must have a smartphone with an extra SIM slot for work-related communication.
• Candidates who are comfortable working from office are preferred.
