Job Description
We are a highly reputed manufacturing firm looking for an experienced Modular Furniture Fitter to join our team.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install modular kitchens, wardrobes, wardrobes, and office workstations.
- Read technical drawings and 2D layout blueprints accurately to set up furniture.
- Fit advanced hardware including soft-close hinges, telescopic drawer slides, and channels.
- Handle power tools like cordless drills, hand routers, and jigsaw machines competently.
- Inspect final finishes to check panel alignments and clean edge-banding defects.
- Coordinate work with the factory foreman for timely site completions.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of solid experience in modular furniture installation.
- Material Knowledge: Must know how to work with plywood, MDF, and particleboard.
- Assets: Must own a personal Android smartphone (to receive site addresses/layouts).
- Physical Stamina: Candidate must be physically fit to lift and shift heavy wooden panels.
