Key Responsibilities

• Supervise assembly of modular kitchens, wardrobes, workstations, and cabinets.
• Guide a team of junior carpenters and helpers to meet daily production targets.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to assign daily tasks accurately.
• Oversee installation of hardware including hinges, drawer slides, and channels.
• Control quality by inspecting final finishes, alignments, and edge-banding work.
• Manage materials to reduce raw wood, ply, and laminate wastage.
• Enforce safety guidelines to keep the factory floor accident-free.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in modular furniture production with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Material Knowledge: Strong understanding of MDF, HDF, commercial plywood, laminates, and hardware.
• Tool Expertise: Mastery over panel saws, edge-banding machines, and cordless power tools.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a crew, handle work pressure, and solve on-site issues.
• Core Traits: Exceptional measurement accuracy, time management, and attention to detail.
