Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented B2B Sales & Marketing Executive to develop and grow our construction materials business. The candidate will be responsible for visiting construction sites, builders, developers, contractors, architects, engineers, and other potential business clients to generate leads and convert them into regular customers.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field work, cold calling, networking, and face-to-face meetings and should have a strong interest in building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B customers for construction materials.

• Visit construction sites, builders, developers, contractors, civil contractors, and infrastructure companies on a regular basis.

• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, and market research.

• Collect and maintain contact details of purchase managers, project managers, site engineers, contractors, and decision-makers.

Introduce and promote the company's products, including:

• TMT Bars / Reinforcement Steel

• Stone Chips / Aggregates
