Job Description

Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns, aligned with the brand's marketing objectives.

Manage social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor social media performance, analyze key metrics, prepare reports, and optimize content and campaigns based on insights.

Collaborate with the Design, Content, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure consistent branding and successful execution of promotional campaigns.

Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to implement innovative strategies that drive audience growth and business results.
