key responsibilities for a Junior Accountant:

  • ​Invoicing: Create, send, and track customer invoices.
  • ​Data Entry: Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
  • ​Payment Tracking: Follow up on client payments and process vendor payouts.
  • ​Reconciliation: Match bank statements with internal ledger records.
  • ​Basic Filing: Maintain physical and digital copies of financial receipts and bills.
