Insurance Agent/Advisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused LIC Advisers to help customers understand and choose suitable life insurance plans. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining policy benefits, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

ey Responsibilities:

• Generate new customers and leads through references, networking, and field activities.
• Explain LIC policies, benefits, premiums, and terms to customers.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Assist customers with policy documentation and application processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into policy sales.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
• Provide after-sales support and assist customers with their queries.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with sales, field sales, banking, or insurance experience will be preferred.
• Must be comfortable interacting with customers.
