Field Executive – Operations

Location: Howrah, Sealdah, Kolkata (Chitpur), Santragachi

Employment Type: Full-Time/ Rotational Shift

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Executive to support day-to-day field operations, driver onboarding, engagement activities, and campaign execution across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute driver onboarding, engagement, and field campaigns.
• Support driver acquisition and resolve operational queries.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth daily execution.
• Visit assigned locations as required.
• Maintain activity records and submit daily reports.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Eligibility12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
• Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
• Basic smartphone knowledge for reporting and communication.
