Job Description

Goal: To grow the client base by providing expert advice on risk management and financial protection.

Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated, high-energy Insurance Agent to join our team. You will be the face of our company, helping individuals and businesses identify their insurance needs and providing them with the best coverage solutions. If you are a "people person" with a drive for sales, we want to talk to you.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Source and develop new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Consultative Selling: Assess clients’ current coverage and identify gaps to recommend appropriate Life, Health, Property, or Casualty products.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with policyholders to ensure high retention and renewal rates.
  • Claims Support: Act as a liaison between the client and the carrier during the claims process.
