Job SummaryWe are hiring dynamic and result-oriented SOHO Sales Executives for Airtel Business. The role involves acquiring new Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) customers by promoting Airtel Business Broadband, Voice, and Digital Connectivity solutions. This is a 100% field sales role.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads through field visits and referrals.
• Sell Airtel Business Broadband, Voice, Fixed Line, and Digital Solutions to SOHO customers.
• Acquire new customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable Airtel solutions.
• Ensure timely documentation and KYC completion.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status in the Airtel sales application.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
• Eligibility CriteriaQualification: Graduate (Preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of B2B or Field Sales experience (Telecom/Broadband/BFSI/FMCG preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Mandatory RequirementsOwn two-wheeler (Bike)
