We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Field Recruiter to join our team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring Delivery Partners to meet our growing operational needs. Key Responsibilities

• Field Sourcing: Actively visit local hubs, high-density areas, and target locations to identify and engage potential Delivery Partners.
• Candidate Onboarding: Guide candidates through the complete recruitment process, including screening, documentation, and initial orientation.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain networks with local communities, training institutes, and candidate pools to ensure a continuous hiring pipeline.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly hiring targets for delivery personnel.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate databases and submit daily field recruitment reports to the hiring manager.

1. Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior experience in field recruitment, bulk hiring, or blue-collar hiring is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally across Kolkata for field recruitment activities.
• Result-driven mindset with a track record of meeting hiring targets.
• Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Travel Allowance (TA): ₹2,600 per month
• Must own a functional 2 wheeler , Must Possess a valid Driving License.
