Job Description

8Poure is looking for a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team.

Your responsibilities:

• Make shipping/delivery calls to customers

• Answer customer queries and provide updates

• Handle customer conversations on chat

• Resolve basic customer concerns and coordinate with the concerned team

• Maintain polite and professional communication

🎯 NO SALES TARGET.

This is purely a customer service & support role.

We are looking for someone who is:

✔️ Good at communication

✔️ Patient and polite with customers

✔️ Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling chats

✔️ Responsible and organised
