• 🌸 Valley of Flowers & Hemkund Sahib
• ✈️ Other domestic and spiritual tour packages
• Key Responsibilities📞 Lead Handling & SalesHandle leads received through Meta Ads, Google, WhatsApp, website and phone calls.
• Call and communicate with prospective customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, travel dates and group size.
• Recommend suitable tour packages based on customer requirements.
• Prepare and share itineraries, quotations and package details.
• Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain a proper follow-up schedule and ensure no genuine lead is missed.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• 🧾 Booking & Customer CoordinationCollect required customer details and documents.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, helicopter operators and destination teams.
• Confirm hotel, vehicle and other travel services after booking.
• Keep customers updated regarding booking status, itinerary and travel requirements.
• Handle customer queries before, during and after the tour.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth trip execution.
• Required Skills⭐ Must-Have Skills2–5+ years of experience in the travel/tourism industry preferred.
• Experience in travel sales and lead conversion.
• Strong knowledge of Char Dham and pilgrimage tourism will be a major advantage.
• Experience handling Amarnath Yatra, Kailash Mansarovar or helicopter tour enquiries is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong telephone and WhatsApp communication skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Good knowledge of preparing tour quotations and itineraries.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and CRM/lead management systems.
• Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.

Experience Preferred2–5 years in Travel Agency / Tour Operator / Travel Sales
