Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services professionally.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare daily call and sales reports.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary or Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Previous experience in telesales or telecalling is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
