🎯 Eligibility Criteria 

Graduate in any discipline. 

Preferred age: Below 30 years. 

Minimum 5+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in: 

* Furniture 

* Home Décor 

* Consumer Durables 

* Lifestyle Products 

Excellent communication skills in Bengali, English and Hindi. 

Strong customer relationship, negotiation and sales skills. 

Professional, presentable and customer-focused personality.

Drive showroom sales and contribute to achieving business objectives. 

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. 

Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order processing and timely deliveries.
