Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand hiring requirements from department managers.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals and social media.
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers.
  • Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
  • Perform background and reference checks.
  • Negotiate salary and prepare offer letters.
  • Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
