Job SummaryWe are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Assistant Manager Operations to handle inbound customer calls. The candidate will assist customers by explaining travel and hospitality packages, answering their queries, and helping them choose the most suitable services.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAttend inbound calls from customers professionally.
- Explain travel, tour, hotel, and holiday packages in detail.
- Provide accurate information about package pricing, inclusions, and offers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Resolve customer queries related to bookings, itineraries, and services.
- Maintain call records and customer details in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations and sales teams for smooth customer service.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through clear and polite communication.
