Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales and customer engagement targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Explain products, services, offers, and promotions to customers.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales or bookings.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, bookings, payments, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM or company databases.
• Address customer concerns and resolve basic queries or escalate them when necessary.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email).
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or a BPO is preferred.
