### Key Responsibilities

* Drive end-to-end sales of commercial and residential (G+2) projects.

* Generate quality leads through networking, referrals, and other sales channels.

* Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.

* Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure exceptional customer service.

* Negotiate and successfully close sales while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

* Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify new business opportunities.

* Prepare regular sales reports and provide performance insights to management.

### What We're Looking For

* *Experience:* 5–7 years in real estate sales (commercial & residential projects).

* *Education:* Graduate or MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Strong understanding of the real estate market and customer relationship management.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of leading by example.
