Sales Executive

Job Description -

Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market scouting, field visits, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present the company's products and services.
• Maintain and regularly update Excel sheets/CRM with accurate records of all new and existing leads, including customer details, meeting status, and follow-up history.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and previous leads to nurture relationships and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
• Prepare and submit daily activity reports, including lead generation, client meetings, and follow-up status.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely submission of quotations, proposals, and customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve long-term business growth.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute towards the overall business objectives of the company.
• Keep the reporting manager informed about sales progress, customer feedback, and market developments.

Key Skills Required :

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to plan client visits and manage follow-ups effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
• Two wheeler is mandatory.
