Telecaller

We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller who can handle client communication and follow-ups efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for calling existing and potential clients, maintaining relationships, and ensuring timely follow-ups to convert leads into business.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients and travel agents.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending bookings.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients for repeat business.
• Update client records, call logs, and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with internal team for rates, availability, and confirmations.
• Handle client queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Ensure timely closure of bookings and payments follow-ups.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
• Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience in telecalling / customer handling (Travel industry preferred).
• Basic knowledge of travel portals (MakeMyTrip, GoIbibo, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong follow-up skills and convincing ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
