Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided lead database.
  • Understand the student's educational background, career goals, and requirements.
  • Explain courses, programs, eligibility criteria, fees, benefits, and career opportunities.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to queries professionally.
  • Follow up with interested candidates through calls and messages.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversion.
  • Counsel student and help them select suitable courses/programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission/enrollment targets.
  • Coordinate with the counselling/admission team for further processing.
  • Build a positive relationship with students and maintain professional communication.
  • Handle objections and resolve basic queries effectively.
  • Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding lead status and conversions.
