Craft Empowering Careers is looking for a Female Academic Counselor to join our dynamic team in Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur.

What You'll Do:

✨ Guide and counsel students regarding career opportunities and courses.

✨ Handle walk-in inquiries and lead follow-ups.

✨ Build strong relationships with students and parents.

✨ Manage admissions, documentation, and basic ERP operations.

✨ Deliver an excellent counselling experience while achieving admission targets.

We're Looking For:

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Confident in dealing with clients and students.

✔ Basic computer and ERP knowledge.

✔ Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

✔ Experience in counselling, admissions, or sales is preferred.

💼 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (In Hand) + Attractive Incentives
