Job Description – Operations & Communication ExecutiveWe are looking for a Multi-Functional Operations & Communication Executive to handle a mix of communication and day-to-day operational work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle chat and call-based communication with customers, influencers, vendors, and other contacts.
• Professionally coordinate with different people and follow up on ongoing tasks.
• Create, manage, and regularly update Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel sheets.
• Maintain records, trackers, lists, and other operational data accurately.
• Coordinate between different team members and ensure assigned tasks are followed through.
• Handle miscellaneous computer-based and operational tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking on calls and communicating through chat.
• Good working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new tasks quickly.
• Organized, responsible, and comfortable handling multiple types of work.
