Telesales Executive

A general insurance telecaller contacts potential and existing clients by phone to pitch, explain, and sell insurance policies like motor. They generate leads, handle client questions, process renewals, and meet specific monthly calling and sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Dial prospective clients from provided databases or warm leads to pitch general insurance plans.
• Policy Explanation: Clearly describe policy features, coverage benefits, exclusions, and premiums for motor, health, or travel insurance.
• Policy Renewals: Contact existing customers ahead of policy expiration dates to secure renewals.
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Assess customer needs, screen profiles, and route hot leads to senior sales closers if needed.
• Query Resolution: Answer customer inquiries, solve basic complaints, and provide accurate support.
• Data Management: Accurately update customer details, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM software.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily call volumes, connection durations, and monthly conversion metrics.
