Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our growing travel team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads and guiding customers through our unique travel offerings, especially spiritual journeys like Kailash Mansarovar, Adi Kailash, and Chardham Yatra.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to warm leads and inquiries received from ads or websites.
- Clearly explain our spiritual and domestic travel packages to customers.
- Follow up consistently to nurture and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain and update daily call logs and CRM records.
- Handle customer questions, doubts, and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth bookings.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
