Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, meet prospective buyers, conduct site visits, and close property sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a strong passion for sales.


Key Responsibilities


  • Generate leads through calls, references, walk-ins, digital platforms, and field activities.
  • Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits.
  • Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with prospects until deal closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the documentation and finance teams for booking and registration.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.
