Job Title: Warehouse Executive

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, receiving and dispatching goods, maintaining proper documentation, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods.
• Store products properly to ensure safety and easy retrieval.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Prepare and dispatch orders according to delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and company policies.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (if required).
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (preferred).
• Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, and email).
