Production Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Executive to oversee manufacturing operations for our pillow, comforter, and textile home furnishing lines. You will manage daily floor activities to meet production targets, maintain high quality standards, and optimize resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Supervise the cutting, stitching, filling, and packing lines for bedding and home furnishing products.
• Production Planning: Execute daily and weekly production schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Quality Control: Monitor lines to ensure products meet strict specifications for dimensions, stitching, and filling weight.
• Material Management: Track raw material consumption (fabrics, fiber fill, threads) and minimize wastage.
• Workforce Management: Allocate tasks to floor operators, tailors, and packing staff to maximize productivity.
• Machine Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular upkeep of stitching and fiber-opening machines.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of production output, rejection rates, and labor hours.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or Production Management.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of production experience specifically in home textiles, bedding, or garment manufacturing.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of fabrics, quilting processes, fiber-filling mechanics, and industrial stitching.
• Leadership: Strong floor management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Software: Basic proficiency in MS Excel for production data tracking.
