Job Description


Major Areas of Responsibilities

Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of spare parts.

Maintain inventory records in ERP/SAP or company systems.

Monitor stock levels and raise replenishment requests.

Coordinate with warehouses, service engineers, and logistics

teams.

Conduct stock audits and ensure inventory accuracy.

Process warranty and defective spare parts.

Prepare daily/monthly inventory reports.

Maintain proper

documentation and store housekeeping
