Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the assigned sales territory.
  • Visit dealers, fabricators, contractors, builders, OEMs, and end-users.
  • Convert dealers into active Pronto promoters.
  • Generate leads and support dealers in closing sales.
  • Resolve customer queries related to technical, commercial, and logistics matters.
  • Recommend the right Pronto products based on customer requirements.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Candidate RequirementsStrong sales and business development skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable with extensive field work.
  • Experience in sandwich panels, construction materials, or related industries is preferred.
  • CompensationAttractive salary with performance-based incentives.
  • No upper limit on incentives—the more you sell, the more you earn.
