Job Description – International Process
Position: International Voice Process Executive
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job OverviewWe are hiring International Voice Process Executives in Mansarovar, Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills and be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle international customers through calls, chats, or emails.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
- Follow company processes, policies, and quality guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer and interaction records.
- Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets.
- RequirementsExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates with international BPO/customer support experience will be preferred.
- Freshers may also be considered based on communication skills.
