Telecalling Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesCall existing customers regarding running loan files for follow-ups, documentation, EMI support, and cross-selling opportunities.

• Generate and follow up on new loan enquiries (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, Mortgage Loan, etc.).
• Promote and sell loan products to prospective customers.
• Generate leads for property buying and selling services.
• Promote and assist customers with Demat Account opening and investment-related services.
• Contact Income Tax clients for ITR filing, tax planning, document collection, and renewals.
• Contact GST clients for GST registration, return filing, compliance, and related services.
• Collect referrals from satisfied existing customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to strengthen relationships and identify additional service requirements.
• Update customer information and call status in CRM or Excel on a daily basis.
• Schedule appointments for relationship managers or field executives when required.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
