GemJohri is looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our gemstone & jewellery store in Jaipur.
If you enjoy interacting with people, have a passion for gemstones & jewellery, and have a natural sales mindset, we’d love to hear from you!
💼 Role: Retail Sales Executive
📍 Location: Johri Bazar, Jaipur
💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month + incentives
🎓 Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the store
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gemstones & jewellery
Explain product features, pricing, and basic gemstone details
Handle customer queries and build strong customer relationships
Support sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain proper display and presentation of products
Coordinate with the team for billing, packing, and order handling
Follow up with customers when required

Basic sales and negotiation skills
Willingness to learn about gemstones and jewellery
Target-oriented and responsible
Freshers are welcome! Training will be provided.
