Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through online research, LinkedIn, trade portals, and email campaigns.
- Identify and connect with potential international buyers, wholesalers, distributors, and retailers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas clients.
- Handle email communication, follow-ups, and virtual meetings with international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, product catalogs, presentations, and business proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline
- Conduct market research to identify new countries, industries, and business opportunities.
- Participate in virtual B2B meetings when required.
- Coordinate with the production, logistics, and export documentation teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends in global markets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
