About Us
Mayur Dynamic Tiles & Pavers is a leading manufacturer of Concrete Pavers, Kerbstones, Blocks, Tiles, and Hardscape Solutions. We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Visit contractors, builders, architects, dealers, distributors, and project sites.
- Promote the company's products and services to prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations and follow up for order closures.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Maintain daily visit reports and customer records.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an advantage).
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Building Materials, Construction, Cement, Tiles, Pavers, or related industries.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Willingness to travel for field sales.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
