Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Field Collection Executive to manage overdue customer accounts by conducting field visits, collecting outstanding payments, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their residence or workplace to collect overdue payments.
• Follow up with delinquent customers and encourage timely repayment.
• Negotiate repayment plans in accordance with company policies.
• Verify customer addresses and contact details during field visits.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
• Update daily collection reports through the company's mobile application or CRM.
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company compliance standards.
• Coordinate with the Collections Manager regarding difficult or escalated cases.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers while representing the company positively.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in collections, recovery, banking, NBFC, or financial services will be an added advantage.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
