1. E-commerce Manager (2 Vacancies)

Department: Merchandising, Retail & eCommerce

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities

• Reply to customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Email, Instagram & Facebook.
• Process customer orders accurately.
• Manage order processing and provide timely order updates.
• Follow up on pending orders and deliveries.
• Confirm payments and maintain payment records.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team.
• Ensure timely dispatch of all customer orders.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain customer and order records.
• Handle multiple chats and tasks efficiently.
• Conduct product video calls with customers and assist them in placing orders.
• Welcome office visitors and professionally demonstrate jewellery collections.
• Support daily eCommerce operations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate (Preferred).
• Good command of English (spoken & written).
• Strong computer skills with MS Office & MS Excel.
• Comfortable with basic mathematics.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and well-organized.
• Experienced candidates are preferred. Fresh candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

2. Jewellery Production Manager (2 Vacancies)

Department: Production

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production of artificial brass jewellery.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities.
• Coordinate with karigars, vendors, and production staff.
• Supervise brass jewellery manufacturing, assembly, filing, polishing, plating, finishing, and quality control.
• Manage production involving Monalisa stones, Kundan, CZ/AD stones, pearl work, pearl hanging, stone setting, and final assembly.
• Ensure consistent product quality and timely completion of customer orders.
• Monitor raw material consumption and maintain production records.
• Improve production efficiency while minimizing defects and wastage.
• Train, guide, and supervise production workers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in artificial brass jewellery manufacturing is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Monalisa stone jewellery, Kundan jewellery, CZ/AD jewellery, pearl work, stone setting, plating, polishing, and assembly processes.
• Ability to manage multiple karigars, vendors, and production teams.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

📍 Location: Kishanpol Bazaar, Jaipur (Rajasthan)

🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
