Performance Marketing Specialist

Reports to: Marketing Manager

About the RoleWe're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to run and optimise our paid ad campaigns and help drive growth.

  • What You'll DoSet up and manage ads on Google, Meta, and other platforms
  • Track spend, clicks, conversions, and ROI
  • Test different ad creatives, copy, and targeting
  • Report on what's working and suggest improvements
  • Work with the design team on ad visuals
  • What You'll Need 1+ years of experience running paid ads
  • Comfortable with numbers and basic reporting (Excel/Sheets, GA4)
  • Good communication skills
  • A curious, test-and-learn mindset
  • Nice to HaveExperience with B2B Brands
