📋 Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Telecaller / Admission Counsellor. You will speak with students, guide them about our premium IT courses (Python, Full Stack, Data Science, etc.), and convert leads into final admissions.



🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Call potential students who have inquired about IT courses.
  • Counsel and guide students/parents regarding career growth in the IT industry.
  • Close admissions and meet weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up regularly with warm leads to maximize conversion rates.



👤 Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in EdTech sales, IT training institutes, or educational counselling.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, strong convincing power, and basic knowledge of IT course terms.
  • Language: Hindi and [Insert Regional Language / English].
