Job Description
PAB Learn, Lead & Grow Private Limited is hiring Academic Counselors to guide prospective students, explain our education programs, and convert leads into enrollments.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel students about academic programs.
- Follow up with leads through calls.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Achieve admission/enrollment targets.
- Maintain lead records in CRM.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in Academic Counseling, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or EdTech is preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Smart, confident, and target-oriented personality.
