Business Development Executive (BDE)

Sebyx Academy is a premium corporate and B2B sales training academy led by an 18-year industry veteran. We are expanding our high-impact weekend bootcamps to Indore and nearby commercial hubs. We are looking for a smart, high-energy young female professional based in Indore to handle our local student outreach and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calling Inbound Leads: Call warm inquiries from ed-tech portals and local digital campaigns to explain course details and lock in admissions.
2. On-Ground Coordination: Physically visit and scout premium co-working spaces or business hotels in Indore to arrange venue bookings for weekend workshops.
3. Local Business Outreach: Connect with local Indore startups, real estate companies, and retail businesses to coordinate group training bookings.
4. Workshop Support: Manage the student registration desk, distribute study kits, and handle basic logistics during live weekend bootcamps.
5. Basic Video Capture: Assist the trainer during live workshops by taking short video clips and student testimonials using a smartphone for social media reels.

 Candidate Profile / Requirements

• Location: Must be a current resident of Indore
• Education: Graduate or final-year college student (BBA, MBA, B.Com, or Mass Comm preferred).
• Languages: Fluent and persuasive verbal communication skills in Hindi. Decent understanding of English.
• Skills: Highly organized, comfortable making phone calls, and familiar with basic smartphone apps (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Canva).
• Experience: Freshers with high energy or candidates with 6–12 months of experience in telecalling, customer service, or college event management are welcome to apply.
