Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through calls and follow-ups.
• Generate and qualify leads from company databases and marketing campaigns.
• Explain the company's stock market advisory services and investment products.
• Convert prospective clients into paid customers.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with the Research/Advisory team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and company offerings.
• Resolve client queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Good sales and customer relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of the stock market and financial products (preferred).
• Ability to work with CRM software and MS Excel.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Eligibility:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• 6 months – 2 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Financial Services preferred.
