Bank Representative Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated candidates to work in the Loans & Credit Cards Department. The role involves contacting customers, collecting and verifying bank statements, assessing basic eligibility, and assisting clients in loan and credit card application processes. This is a sales and verification-based profile with regular client interaction over calls.

Key Responsibilities

Contact customers through outbound calls.

Explain loan and credit card products to prospective clients.

Collect and verify bank statements and required documents.

Perform basic income and eligibility assessments.

Guide customers through application and documentation processes.

Follow up with customers for pending documents and approvals.

Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for application processing.

Maintain customer records and update CRM data.

Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
