About the Role

D’Exito Projects is looking for a proactive and well-organized Female Pre-Sales Executive who can manage client communication, tele calling, lead follow-ups, and sales conversion. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English and be quick at understanding interior-related technical terminology.

Key Responsibilities

Make daily follow-up calls to leads based on priority without fail.

Maintain and update all lead information, follow-up status, and activity records in the ERP system.

Prepare, update, and manage Excel tracking sheets and maintain the entire lead life cycle.

Understand interior design concepts or be able to quickly grasp technical jargon related to interiors.

Provide daily/weekly reports to the management on lead progress and administrative tasks.

Support walk-in clients, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth communication flow.

Assist the sales team with pre-sales documentation, lead nurturing, and closure support.

Candidate Requirements

Female candidates only, based in Hyderabad.

Strong communication & listening skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

Prior experience in pre-sales, tele-calling, or CRM/ERP management preferred.

Ability to understand or quickly learn interior design concepts and terminology.

Good knowledge of Excel, documentation, and reporting.

Strong multitasking skills with a disciplined and consistent work ethic.

Should be organized, presentable, and communicative.
