Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented MBBS Admissions Counsellor to guide students and parents through the MBBS admission process in India and abroad. The ideal candidate should possess excellent counselling, communication, and sales skills, with a strong understanding of NEET counselling, medical college admissions, and student conversion strategies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding MBBS admissions in India and abroad.
• Explain the complete admission process, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and documentation requirements.
• Guide students through NEET counselling and seat allocation procedures.
• Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
• Convert enquiries into successful admissions by providing accurate information and personalized guidance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
• Maintain student records, leads, and follow-up status in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with admission teams, universities, and management for smooth processing of applications.
• Assist students in completing application forms and collecting required documents.
• Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Participate in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and admission drives.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of MBBS admission procedures.

Knowledge of NEET counselling and MCC/State counselling processes.

CRM and MS Office proficiency.

Ability to handle multiple student enquiries efficiently.

Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Fluency in English and Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage).
