Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store/outlet.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and manage team schedules.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Ensure smooth store operations while maintaining company standards and SOPs.
• Lead, train, supervise, and motivate the store team to achieve operational and sales goals.
• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving business targets.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the outlet.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate store performance to management.

Eligibility

• Minimum 0-1 years of experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or a similar retail/food service management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Experience in inventory management, stock control, and staff supervision.
• Ability to manage store operations independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and POS systems is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
