Site Execution Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Execution Architect with a strong background in architecture who can independently handle working drawings and ensure accurate on-site execution. The role requires close coordination between design intent and site implementation, with regular site visits and quality monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate working, construction, and detailing drawings.

• Ensure accurate execution of architectural design intent on site through regular site visits.

• Execute and monitor poured earth, brickwork, and cladding systems as per drawings, samples, and specifications.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to resolve site-level issues.

• Check materials, workmanship, finishes, and quality standards.

• Maintain basic site reports, measurements, and progress updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture or BE/B.Tech : Civil from a recognized institution.

• Strong academic or professional exposure to working drawings and construction detailing.

• Hands-on experience or internship/site exposure in architectural execution and site coordination.
