Job Description
a) Ensure Coverage of all Customers as per Strategy.
b) Convert Customers B2B & B2C to our Services by executing the Strategies.
c) Demand generation, Increasing Footfall & Revenue with Mapped Centers by doing Camp activities.
d) KOLs relationship Conducting CMEs & RTMs.
e) Regularly visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other referral partners to strengthen business relationships and generate referrals.
f) Execute field sales activities to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
g) 1-5 years of field sales experience, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
h) Proven experience in doctor engagement, KOL management, and referral generation.
Achieve the sales targets of the month, quarter and year.
Develop Selling Skills by attending the company training program and implementing the learning.
