Job Description

A Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting products, engaging with customers, and driving sales by providing product information and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.
  • Promote and demonstrate products to customers.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the sales team.
  • Prepare daily sales and activity reports.
  • Follow company policies and maintain a clean and organized work area.
